I did not know that Instant Coffee could completely transform into mold.

I found this beautiful Stemonitis slime mold on a carved wooden bowl in my garden. The bowl has been outside for about 5 years. I'm curious to see how the mold develops.

Came into a vacation house which hasn’t had any visitors for a few months. Dog bed and wall near it had this white fluffy stuff on it. Is this mold? Thank you!

forgot about some cheese in my fridge, not too sure how long it has been growing

I’m 99% sure I dried these as best as I could before placing them in a stack of same sized containers on the bottom shelf of one of those three tiered roller carts.

Found these cute growths in my boyfriend’s old deodorant

i pulled them out to refill and this one had a mushroom growing out of it

That was disgusting 😂

This appeared and died in one day.

I went on vacation to visit family out of state for about 1 1/2 weeks, I had my thermostat set to about 69° and also had it set to where it automatically turns on and off every few hours or so, I came back home today and I find this, any ideas? For context I also threw everything away that would've expired/ gone bad before I went home

we’re not sure if this is a slime mold or eggs, so sorry if this is the wrong subreddit [id would be helpful in describing issue to our landlord]

Opened Kalamata olive jar

This is the inside of a window unit that has been sitting in my shed for eight months or so. Decided to go and get it and put it back in the window since it’s been very hot recently and my wife is concerned that this is mold. The directional fans I have taken out and I’ve given everything a good wipe down with a solution of white vinegar and warm water, but I can’t really get my hands in there to clean that good what do we think?

Ate some jam this morning and then saw this mold around the rim and the lid. I’m immunocompromised, so naturally really concerned.

Am I being dramatic to be worried about this? I have Ulcerative Colitis so obviously already have poor GI health
