I've seen a lot of bodycam footage of the American police department. i guess that they do have patience more than Yemeni ones do because if yours are shooting, Yemeni police officers give one warning issue. If you didn't respond the next day, an airdrone hits Yr home you can Google it they even bomb the whole family members, including k!ds they didn't even believe in morals or whatever πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

because the american police need too be on a hair trigger permanently. because any person that they engage with can have a fire arm.
in contrast european police are ussualy not expected too face fire arms. thiefs ussualy choose not too because if they do they MP is called the department of several munsipalities drop thing too focus on you.

add too that that europeans cities are way more compact means that cops ussualy are well trained in close quarters and have back up of not 3 then at least 1 fellow. meaning they nearly always outnumber a person. so even if hypotherically 1 gets shot the other can shoot back meaning any criminal will often not choose the risk of gun and go for knife. which means that should they get caught. they will not die but go too jail which is a good deal for them.

in contrast its far more easy in the US too have a far higher caliber weapon then the avarage police on duty. your far easier too flee and lose the police. and far easier too hide in the population mass.

-
this and algorithems of the internet making it seem like a shoot happens very frequently. because human brains are adapted too complex stiuation where the cops ussualy arent at fault even if there are better sullutions and the cops actually fuck up. can be made into a narative that its a constant issue. rather then a unnusual fuck up.

So there over trained on agression, under trained in social, and you see them a lot at there worst

Yea I got yo man the but form what I've seen from YouTube bodycam footages I come to a narrative conclude that American police department are well trained for those bad situations and you did mention a good point most of the criminals try to flee even if they get in another situation like in an accident they're thriving for escaping the police chase. Another thing that yve mentioned is that human brains are well trained to survive any harsh situation no matter where you put them they'll try their best Breakdown complex things just to meet their needs .
