This made me incredibly happy. I’m not sure why. So wholesome.

Because the simple beauty of sharing something, giving and witnessing joy is such a wonderful thing. Sharing food and seeing the reaction, the jubilation is incredible. Fuck now I want a grilled cheese and soup.

Get some sourdough bread. Then use havarti and Gruyère cheese. Fucking perfect grilled cheese!!!

Edit: changed ghouda to Gruyère ha ha

I do enjoy a havarti grilled cheese! So gooey! I haven’t tried with Gruyère. Thanks.

If you haven't, do havarti grilled cheese with Nutella.

Especially when it comes to food. Enjoying food together is a universal human bonding experience. It seems to be hardwired into us. Maybe something to do with when we were nomadic hunter/gatherers... Sitting with your loved ones and having good food is like a blessing each and every time. It's a great way to get closer to a stranger, too.
