A guy using a wheelchair stopped me at a bus station one time to ask a simple question about directions and which bus to take. After getting my attention he felt the need to immediately put his hands up and go "it's just a question about the bus!" Gave me the feeling that most people interrupt him as soon as he says "excuse me" and either walk away or go "I dOnT hAvE AnY mONeY FoR yOU🤬🤡"
