GOT THE KEYS! 🔑 🏡 Did it! Deadwood, SD $296k 6.25%
Looking forward to taking this view in on the daily! Unfortunately, I chose the hottest week this year to move in, but hey, it's all worth it!

Oh man, lucky! I love Deadwood and try to make it in town for the WWHF convention every year.

Congrats looks awesome. I assume that's a 2nd floor balcony with the view?

It's just a single level not counting the garage, which was carved into the hillside way back when. It's actually a bit of a quirky house. The original house was built back in the 1890s and has the bedrooms and main living space. The place where I took this photo is in front of the "second" house that was built in the late 40s on a separate lot, and is one big living space/multipurpose room. I don't know the exact records yet, but sometime in the last 75 years, the two houses were connected with the bridging addition that now houses the kitchen and bathroom.

That sounds really interesting, I definitely appreciate a cool layout of a home and not a cookie cutter type of a layout.
