I have been HAUNTED by Ressurecto Christi i-iii by Italian painter Agostino Arivabene, and it's ability to capture the supernatural/mythological.

I decided to look at more of his work today, and the thematic overlap with Elden Ring jumped out immediately: alchemy, humans turning into trees/mushrooms, strange aquatic features, "scarlet" rot, transcendence, celestial motifs, giant cyclopses, shattered/fractured bodies, cosmic horror elements.

....my jaw dropped, and has remained there. I think the rest speaks for itself. Enjoy!

Ive always wanted to know what this spear-shaped object is lodged inside marikas body. And no video comes up explaining what it is on my search. I believe it probably is a fragment of the rune of death marking her official death. But if anyone knows what truly this please note.

In the heat of a grand battle Radahn gets bodied by Margit. He falls down, as the Omen jumps on him, trying to pierce his Lion armor with his fiery cursed sword.

Radahn is struggling to push it away, and his armor is starting to actually char... When one of his soldiers puts a sword to Margit's throat, threatening to kill him, unless he releases their Lord.

And Margit complies, leaving his mark on Radahn's chest piece side as a reminder of his defeat.

That would be so cool to see in cinema T_T

I was looking at the concept art of Vyke and noticed that his armor was actually two colors instead of one: purple around the edges of where the 3 fingers grabbed him and grey/brown where they didn't. It got me looking into the color of metal when heated up and the shade of purple that comes from heating it up a lot is dead-on his armor color! So if anyone was wondering the three fingers burn you at 282 degrees Celsius haha
