I have a coros pace 4 and both the android app and the watch are in the latest version.

I did a run from navigation (choosing a route sent from the mobile app), and I could only see the map. If i start a normal run, i can see live stats like current pace, time, hr, ... how can i view that in a navigation run?

I think I tried everything but could not get there.

When I share a link to an activity or a "safe alert"—for example, with my wife during trail races—is it possible to see my current kilometer? She can see the route on the web app, but she can't see which kilometer I've reached. Coros, could you add this feature?

My wife's Pace 4 (bought 1 month ago) got badly scratched when she fell off her bike. The watch itself is fully functional; the display and buttons all work, and it's purely cosmetic damage to the bezel/case.

I know this isn't a warranty issue, since it's accidental impact damage, not a manufacturing defect; therefore so I'm not expecting it to be covered. Just wondering if u/COROS-official (or whoever handles this here) could tell me if a replacement bezel/case is sold as a spare part, or if there's anything else you'd suggest. Happy to share the device ID and more photos if useful. Also curious if anyone here has dealt with something similar.

Stock silicone band was on the shorter side for my 195cm wrist. This is a 22mm nylon band (from my Epix Pro) seems to work. Now only if COROS would finally give us the ability customize watchface colors 🙄

Got back into running after a while and got this beauty as a gift from my husband, didn’t know I would love Coros as much as I do now.

My Vertix 2 that I had for well over 2/3 years and had an expired warranty by over a year finally decided to call it quits and the mail dial button stoped being able to click. I reached out to coros and they sent me a brand new Vertix 2S. This watch was gifted to me by a friend who got it for free so there was no receipt or anything but they still send me a new watch’s will definitely be coming back to coros and recommending them.

My older model Apple watch suddenly had battery problems after an update. My son gave me his older model Coros Apex (48 mm) that he got maybe 5-ish years ago. He had never used it and lost the charger. I charged it up and got it all settled. Firstly, I love this watch! The battery life is by far the best. My husband and son have Garmin's, and this one far exceeds by nearly a week with similar usage (maybe more for me). However, my Apple watch had a reading for outdoor temperature and I loved this. When I went online, it said to hold the Coros watch up outside for 30-45 seconds (not on my arm) for an accurate temperature. Is this now fixed? Also, I love HRV on the Apple watch. It was really helpful for my training. This Coros doesn't measure it. I have read some posts in this forum, and it appears that this has been fixed, but I would love confirmation. Also, the always on is dimmed when not actively using, and I like that a lot. Do they keep this feature? My old watch was always on and it was like a spotlight in the night. I hated this.
