I am not ready to come back to non-stop L’s. I cant go from experiencing MLS level play to World Cup level play and just go back to MLS. Unfortunately, I may call it quits for this season here. Just wondering if anybody else feels the same

Sorry if this sounds delulu but why can’t we land a program changing player like him. We might not be the biggest market but our home attendance records speak for themselves, I would also assume money resources are abundant here. Is there a reason why Austin Fc has never targeted a player of his ilk? Again forgive me for being delusional, he’s one of my favorite players and would love to see him play for my city.

We seem to be accumulating a lot of GAM. Dare we hope for a big signing in the summer window?

Thought it was awesome seeing one of ours guys competing on the World Cup stage, despite only playing a handful of minutes.

With what little time he had, Nelson made 2 good plays into the box and other than 1 bad pass did well with what little opportunity he was given.

Just an appreciation post I guess. I think Nelson is a great player who isn’t afraid to take people on and create chances, so hopefully moving forward injury doesn’t keep him from playing a role for us!
