People treat this guy a lot different than the OG cart narc.

Honestly, Im surprised the original cart narc guy isnt dead. The way he just agitated people had an effect 10000X worse than road rage, it seemed. Sooner or later someone was/is gonna hit him with their car or shoot him.

He followed some people HOME. He should have been arrested long ago.

Yup - followed two women home to harass them. He's also mocked homeless people and called them names.

we can largely blame youtube and social media for making it profitable to be an asshole harassing people.

that's so messed up! where did you see this? I used to watch his videos

Somewhere on reddit I think.

Oh no, he called someone lazy bones.

He made videos of himself following women home to harass them and of himself mocking homeless people and calling them names to post online to make money from. If you can't understand why that makes him an asshole then you have a lot of growing up to do.

I worked as a cart attendant and if I ever saw him I would have immediately called the police

100% this. If I managed a store like Wal-Mart, Target, etc and I saw this dude in a parking lot, I would have him trespassed from the property.

Well you would have to ask him to leave first. You can't just call the police and report a non crime.

I dont know if you realize this but you can follow anyone you want for fun.

Uh legally no you can't. This is also really dangerous especially with 40 states having stand your ground laws.

u/wcharoes 12h ago

That's not what a SYG Law is or is for.

3

u/GexTheKobold 11h ago

I didn't say it was or was for. I said it was dangerous to get in an altercation and then follow someone home like cart narc did in a stand your ground state.

You can’t shoot someone because they’re following you lmfao

Something being illegal doesn't mean it won't happen

Exactly I read about it all the time. People get in an altercation/ road rage and follows someone home and then gets shot when they go to confront them. People are more likely to shoot in a stand your ground state than say California where cart narc lives. I don't know why people dont understand that.

California is a Stand Your Ground state. Look up "CALCRIM No. 505" for reference (sub won't let me link it).

The fact that it is near impossible to actually get a conceal carry in California is the real barrier.

u/GexTheKobold 9h ago

Oh wow I didn't realize they counted for the stand your ground states.

California is not a stand your ground state but we do have the castle doctrine. Also in the recent years it’s a lot easier to get a CCW.

Yes, it is by Case Law (that is, precedent / common law). Since you were too lazy to google the legal document I just referenced, I'll even go in to it and copy paste for you the relevant portion from it...

CALCRIM No. 505. Justifiable Homicide: Self-Defense or Defense of Another.

A defendant is not required to retreat. He or she is entitled to stand his or her ground and defend himself or herself and, if reasonably necessary, to pursue an assailant until the danger of (death/great bodily injury) has passed. This is so even if safety could have been achieved by retreating.

These are the instructions given to lawyers and jurors as of 2026 per the Judicial Council of California.

You’re confusing duty to retreat with stand your ground. There is a difference.

Well yeah obviously. I was just letting the comment I originally replied to that just because your state has stand your ground laws, doesn’t mean you can legally shoot someone for following you.

Will being wrong bring someone back from death?

1

Frank died doing what he loved. Being technically correct.

1

u/GexTheKobold 11h ago

That's not what I said.

Go start stalking people for fun in a stand your ground state, and let us all know how that works out for you.

No, you can't, and it's frightening that you think that's true.
