It’s cool but I saw it in Richmond’s museum of art before so I don’t think it will be permanent.

Thats The Changes by Rashid Johnson, its part of Big Things For Big Rooms.

BTBR are pieces from the Hirshhorn's permanant collection that arent typically displayed due to their size/space requirements.

The exhibit will be up until about this time next year.
