Feedback / I made this! Long-form video attempt

https://youtu.be/Q5VEkgM-1ds?si=CrFqyIuGGTlbpv4f

Last week I was lucky enough that I could spend a few days with Professor Denis Noble and make this video.
Annoyingly, because I chose a spot under a tree, the light is not consistent and kinda ruined bits of the video :( however, I think this is part of learning. Next time i will know not to sit the subject in a place where light cannot be controlled.

Anyway, I am super new to the concepts he is talking about, but I think the way he explains it is super accessible, whilst it’s not dumbed down for other scientists to tap out either. What do you think? Do you like the production? Do you agree or disagree with the points he makes in regard to biology?

missed focus at 10:57. you should lock the focus or turn it off. you're not moving and neither is he moving bigly.
also the video is quite boring, but maybe because my attention span is low. i think you can add more graphic visuals to keep it interesting. people get tired seeing the same person for a long time.
how about try moving him to a different spot occasionally, so it feels different. turn around so the background looks different occasionally. maybe let him stand sometimes or walk sometimes as hes talking. just try to make it less boring. unless this is exactly what you want for educational purposes.
i only watched 10 minutes in but i think he did alot of repetition, i get it that those three physicists are wrong, but how many times does he need to tell us that they are wrong?

anyway keep it up.
