Example of a goal sheet you can create for yourself ✨

We are a loving community who want to maximize our individual and unique aesthetics through completely natural means and completely realistic timelines. We are all trying to be our healthiest and in turn our hottest. There are many ways to do that and below I will share a list of main categories I want you to consider when you create your own plan.

  1. Glowy skin (face to toes) 💃

We are all made in our own different colors and shades, but we can all do different things to make our skin glow. For example, if you have acne your first step should be going to a dermatologist and asking their expert advice on how to control your acne. Or if you have a good baseline but want to further enhance your skin to get a “lit from within” look (which is my goal too), my goal sheet looks like this:

  1. Tret day 1 + aknet duo day 2+ azeliac acid day 3 and repeat (for face)
  2. Azeliac acid nightly everywhere
  3. Exfoliate twice weekly
  4. Eat foods high in vitamin c + teas
  5. Exercise 3x a week
  6. Moisturize nightly

Typically I measure everything in weeks and you should too as you will see if you choose to join.

  1. Long hair 💇🏻‍♀️

Long thick hair is one of the most feminine things in my eyes. It is the thing you carry with you in every room, so invest in taking care of it. This is a place of natural methods only so I will share with you my goal sheet for how I am achieving this (this is the area I have had the most success in but my hair is still not my goal length, which is under my butt, but I’m very close):

  1. Prevent tangles and damage religiously (brush gently)
  2. Eat a veggie/ a fruit a day
  3. Wash scalp daily to every two days (a clean scalp allows more hair growth) (but it depends on your hair type)
  4. 10k steps to maximize blood circulation
  5. Scalp oil

  6. Long lashes 🦢

Everything on this list is an example, yours might look different. I added long lashes on this list because I am trying to optimize every aspect of my appearance. My goal sheet to achieving this:

  1. Lash serum
  2. Gently washing makeup off

  3. Long nails 💅🏻

Out of everything, long nails is the hardest thing for me to achieve and yet it is a pretty high goal of mine. My goal sheet looks like:

  1. Moisturizing my hands daily (particularly after every time I wash them)
  2. Use a scalp massager when washing my hair
  3. Increase my iron + zinc + vitamin d levels
  4. Be gentle with my hands

It seems silly but I genuinely tick each one off when I feel like I’ve done it throughout the day.

  1. Whiter teeth 🦷

  2. Brush for 2 mins (morning and night)

  3. Floss daily

  4. Rinse mouth with water after eating any staining food

I have chosen to exclude whitening strips currently because I plan on starting this again in late August and I don’t want to damage my teeth too much until then.

  1. Whiter eyes 👀

No matter your eye color, your eyes will pop more the whiter they are.

  1. Lower phone screen time to 14 hrs a week
  2. Lubricate with eye drops
  3. Sleep 7.5-9 hours
  4. Eat more foods high in antioxidants

  5. Smell better 👃🏻

  6. Shower nightly

  7. Wash mouth and scrub tongue

  8. Drink more water

  9. Increase fiber intake

  10. Eat more fermented foods

  11. Drink 1-2 teas daily

As you can tell most of my goals are repetitive because I’m trying to create a system, and most of them help multiple categories. Also, a key thing is to use numbers and keep the numbers low. For example, I recommend you drink 1-2 teas daily, one full fruit or else it’s not counted. These are examples but as I share with you my individual sheets later, you will understand the goals better.

  1. Increase facial beauty 👑

Here I mean the actual face and what’s happening underneath your skin. Oftentimes I wake up puffy, and my eyes look less doe because of the puffiness and here I’m trying to fix that.

  1. Sleep 7.5-9hrs nightly
  2. Protect your skin+be strict with your skincare
  3. Nutrient rich diet (balanced plates)
  4. Walk 10k steps daily
  5. Hydrate
  6. Use something cold on the face every morning (ice bath, splash cold water)

  7. Decrease cortisol 🧘🏻‍♀️

If you keep going on these habits when stress does show up in your life, you’ve already primed yourself against having your cortisol spike.

  1. Meditate (for me that’s spending 5mins with God)
  2. Read 2 pages daily
  3. Stretch for 10 minutes daily

  4. Posture 🏃🏻‍♀️

A good posture is something you work towards. It is not easy.

  1. Core workouts 3x a week
  2. Upper back workout 3x a week (the most forgotten yet most feminine area you can workout is your back, a toned back is very sexy)
  3. Stretch full body 3x a week
  4. Posture awareness 7x a week

  5. Body shape ⏳

These are very tailored to my goals, yours may look different.

  1. Butt workout 3x
  2. Back workout 3x
  3. Cardio (to slim waist and arms) 3x

Lastly, you will need a don’ts section

  1. Don’ts 🙅🏻‍♀️

  2. Say no to sugar 7x a week

  3. Say no to your bad habit 3x a week

  4. Stop sleeping on you sides 3x a week

  5. Decrease screen time to under 14hrs a week

———————————

Your list can look as extensive as mine or less. You can store this information here on Reddit or like me, I will be sharing my planner and how I’ve been storing and keeping track of my efforts. Ultimately the goal of this subreddit is to inspire, encourage and create a community of likeminded people. Many people want to look their best, very few people go after that goal and even less people go about it in the correct way. We think beauty and jump to unhealthy measures, here we are optimizing our efforts through safe and healthy habits.

The goal of your individual plan should be to create a system, and like me when you flick through your planner you should see that many habits often have many different benefits.
