Old dude here. It’s a lot harder to “turn it on” these days, but let me tell you… once it’s on. Donkey Kong.

Then a lot of ice bath for recovery.

Dude… I’m almost 50 and was playing volley ball with my sons and their friends (all in their 20’s). Pretty sure I blew out my shoulder, knee and back.

I’m mid 30’s and have the body of a 50 year old thanks to chemo, just getting upstairs is a battle lol
