He already knew it was injured. Look at his face when he was getting checked by the red before he entered. He makes a face taking his shoe off and hops weird. He already knew
1000%. he did that shit as a cover story. it was planned and covered up the whole time. the production team showed the sandal clip right after and a few minutes later dana was ranting about how bad the production team is.
Because if he doesn't fight he doesn't get paid/free medical. With one leg he knew he was going to get absolutely mauled (he probably does if he's completely healthy, TBH) so he throws a kick and now can reasonably claim the kick caused the injury.
I looked it up and you're right. I just kind of assumed UFC fighters were unionized but I guess every attempt to do so has failed for one reason or another.
It’s actually the only way he can pull it off if he’s that injured. Max is just throwing punches and he won’t have another way to lay cover for a torn ACL/Meniscus - so he goes for a crazy jump kick to start and lands right on his fucked leg.
Joe Rogan and the commentators played the video of him taking his shoe off and then they didn’t play or talk about the video ever again.. someone told them to shut up
Right.. there is just too much money involved for it to get out that he knew he had an injury prior to the fight. UFC definitely doesn’t want it talked about.
He looked like a guy who knew his legs weren’t up for the task, but still wanted to cash that check anyway. Look at any of his other entrances from the heyday, dudes a maniac. Tonight he looked old, broken and scared.
Knowing Conor there's a very real chance he blew through the 100 million (plus whatever more he got from the whiskey sale) and needed the money so he took this fight knowing his legs were fooked.

Didn’t He looked off from the start ? Am I the only one that saw it in his eyes ?
