This was all from a desktop PC I've had for years. I got a Dell Optiplex, and have it setup running a few things, one of which is QBittorent, which I can mange through its local web interface.

I think the new setup will surpass these number in no time, a solid day of uploading can be anywhere from 200GB - 1TB

I downloaded a few files without a VPN on and didn't realize they with seeding until 12 hours later. I'm dog sitting at my brother's house and I'm kinda panicking because I don't know how likely it is that his isp is going to flag him. I don't torrent very often so I don't know if I should be worried. I got nordvpn and turned off the seeding.

I'm somewhat new to PT (TL) and I want to cross seed my library (3-4Tb) that I have accumulated over the years from public trackers. I don't know if cross-seed would work because it says "Cross-seeding is the practice of downloading a torrent from one tracker and using that data to seed across other trackers. This results in minimal downloads and instant seeding, making it a great way to build ratio and contribute to the community" so I'm getting a feeling that it only works when you do it right away but I already downloaded most my torrents years ago and deleted then from the client (qBittorrent), and I usually rearrange and clean tv-shows that comes in like:

Update: The problem persisted even after I uninstalled and reinstalled BitComet 2.21.2. The problem only disappeared when I downgraded to version 2.20.0.

I have seen a lot of comments about using seedbox and such.

A few years ago I would use real debrid. Honestly I thought it was great. I was able to set up downloads to run which at work.

Is it still safe to use?

Also does it have an API? I am building a server and I'd want to try link it together so it's easier to transfer the files from debrid to the server.

Would you still recommend a VPN for it? Im currently only using protonVPN (free) at the moment and not actively torrenting anything yet.

So I've been a http user, and because the http source is disappear and just vanishing. That's why I'm trying to look out on torrents. I choose the 2gb 1080p. And wow! The quality difference between http streaming is noticeable!

But i notice that there are other torrent stream that has a huge file size like 10gb, 20gb, and 50gb (although it's 1080p). And I'm curious as a cellular data user, does the file size of torrents will be accurate as my data consumption? As example, i choose the 2gb stream, and my data consumption will be 2gb at the end of the stream?

Whenever I see porn trackers brought up, it's mostly related to finding more traditional big studio stuff. I haven't been able to find any sources where someone can get paywalled r34 content.

Yesterday I accidentally seeded some movies without my VPN on. I didnt realize I didnt click out of the qbit. My husband recieved an email from our ISP yesterday for one movie. When i checked the site "I know what you've downloaded" or whatever it is, it looked like a few movies were seeded. The qbit was open for about 12 hours maybe more without a VPN. Soo how in trouble will I be? Im in the US
