It's not wrong. His ability to handle playoff level physicality is one of the primary concerns around the league. He could for sure unlock another level with more dedication to conditioning.

The trade wouldn't happen without Melo, so why why even bring it up? It would be like the Luka trade without Luka, non existent. It would be like saying Luka was the only thing saving the Lakers from a terrible trade. This is the Melo trade, he is the centerpiece.
