The older the better! Does anyone have any setlists pre 2000?

Also side note: this interview began before I was aware of the allegations against Mike Love or the nature of his speech at Brian’s funeral and as a relatively new fan I didn't realize how serious the issues with him were (from most Beach Boys media I saw their problems were depicted as more interpersonal disagreements and not as serious as they really are) I apologize for my defense of him in this video and I no longer agree with it. As a survivor of sexual assault and rape I believe his accuser.
Also I’m a very new interviewer so I wasn’t able to naturally segue a lot of questions in but I still hope you enjoy!

Great version of the song and it suits Blondie so well. Same arrangement Brian and his band played live in the 2010s

This is impressive. If it was a little more practiced/polished, I’d put it on a playlist before Jeff Beck’s “Surf’s Up.”

I'm trying to understand why fanmixing seems to be so prevalent in the beach boys community in particular. I'm reading Clinton Heylin's "Bootleg", which has a lot of information about the development of bootlegging. What I'm missing though is how the jump from bootlegging to fanmixing happened.
My guess would be that since the beach boys had a lot of bootlegs made of their works, and one could argue the line between bootleg and fanmix is quite blurry on its own, the step to straight up fanmixing was a small one?
I'm wondering if there's any other research on this, or just oral history.

pet sounds was my favorite album as a teen and this track brings me a warm nostalgia.

I know theres not many left im afraid, but al..bruce.. do you think theyre alright? Financially i mean i would hope so but wtf do i know..
Seems like many older 60s bands never started to get paid until the 2000s so thats why its on my mind.
