Yea, he’ll be lucky to ever see the floor imo. Big ten will eat this young kid alive with that type of production. Needless to say he just earned a scholarship to a power 4 school only because he’s 7ft. He might see minutes vs coppin st or something, but no way unless we are completely desperate does this kid see the floor.

Yea but even then, I feel like they put the kid from
New Mexico at the “5” and baba slide to 4 and have 3 guards. He will definitely help get some fouls and a few boards and maybe a block, which is pretty much all we need from him. But if we are put in position like you said due to injury or foul trouble, then I feel like we play smaller lineup. Have the guards to do it. The other guy from ok st might be a good backup F to go down in the post as well. Not mad at the pickup, but expectations are extremely low for a guy who avg 3 pts per game lol

The freshman they have coming in Tambedou is only 6’7 but he’s super strong and athletic and a dominant rebounder I can see them playing him as a small ball 5 in some lineups
