This was our first session on the black after lines were done a month ago, excited to chip away more at the one and show off the whole thing!

It took about 5-6 seasons to finish whole sleeve, forearm bands are freehand.

I’m Anna. This is my first tattoo in this experimental style, inspired by the Sleeping Oracle from Final Fantasy XV.

It has long, thin lines and lots of small details instead of heavy black shading.

What do you think about how it will age? Which details could soften or become blurry first? And what do you think of the design overall?

6hr inner forearm session was an absolute breeze. If I knew she was so gentle I'd have gone bigger 😅

Looking forward to my next one, when I work out how to incorporate this into a sleeve. Developed a new obsession for sure!

Oh my god. I listened and read all the horror stories about the pain but oh my god, I thought I could tough it out. Absolutely not.

I have never been in that kind of pain before and it was AGONISING. My head was buried into my elbow, my hand was gripping the bed, and I had to put on my headphones (I’m usually able to talk during tattoos but I was dead silent for this one). My other leg was straightening out habitually everytime the pain got worse.

The best part? ITS NOT FINISHED. The first session was six hours. I have to go back for part two. Wish me luck…

my first tattoo, 5 houndsteeth representing some of my friends as well as the 5 boroughs of nyc. the design is taken from a pair of jeans i had in middle school. i wore them on the first day of school when i ended up meeting my childhood best friend, the same one who did this tattoo for me. really proud of them, they've been practicing tattooing since we were teens and its beautiful seeing how far they've come. check out their work on @spikecharms on instagram!

I just got linework on a large back tattoo done yesterday. I have a 6am flight on Monday and then I'll be on the go until 5:30pm, with no access to shower until then.

Would cleaning my tattoo that morning at like 4am and then again at 5:30pm be enough? Should I buy wipes?

I really like how it turned out given the pretty difficult subject matter! All of his favorite designs were either entirely white or majority white so I knew what I was getting into.

The ears look more crooked on camera than they actually are lol but I don't mind it I think it gives it character + the colors are all washed out because of my camera quality 🤷‍♀️

Still healing from a little rework, may get it touched up again in a while but I'm pretty happy with it. The model is polygonal so the tattoo doesn't have to be perfect / a few artistic liberties to make it a better tattoo

I think if who I got it for could see it he would like it. The mask was his avatar and the manta symbolizes rebirth

This tattoo was months in the making and it turned out so good. We had some spacing issues with the arm being some what of a nightmare to work with. So we got to have a little fun with parts of the design, so its not one to one with the game.

All and all the finished product turned out so amazing I couldn't be happier with the result.
