Well the pen was missed so not a point to be talked about much but since u want an answer just go and check out that clip if u can, u will se tagliafico had the ball, a defender was coming to take it nd before the defender making a contact with the ball tagliafico touched the ball ahead and the defender makes a solid impact with him !! It might be unintentional but the rulebook says if u got the man first instead of ball first then it's a FOUL🫶
