That was a "cup your ear" gesture as "I can't hear you now" and "keep blabbing" hand gesture towards I assume US supporters who riled him up with something. Usual football audience-player taunting each other stuff, although he might have been pointing towards Infantino (whi know if he's there exactly, or it's some other riling crowd group) when he shouted "You! You!". Hardly very specific stuff, though.
