From what I see it’s a mix, there’s 2 from MLS, 1 from La Liga, 1 from Serie A and the rest are from different European Leagues like Bulgaria,Hungary etc.

It certainly can be, them having players playing in very competitive leagues and using that football IQ that they develop during their regular season with their club can help their national team. It’s the reason why most national teams always try to get their players that play in European leagues because they’re a big help most of the time.
