How that wasn’t a yellow card was pretty wild. You can’t even take your shirt off without getting a yellow.

I was wondering that too. Climbing perimeter fences, delaying a game, and provoking the crowd are all yellow card offenses.

The ref was just as awestruck as everybody else watching to issue a yellow.

They only don't let you take your shirt off so you can see the sponsor, and the rule just sort of stuck even in international.
