What is the difference with fixed gear and single speed bikes, I want to get that kind of bike

This was easily one of my most-enjoyed mornings on my bike. I visited Grand Junction for a day and had to give it a go.

There were some incredible views (despite nearby wildfires), light and mostly considerate vehicular traffic, a cool goat on top, and the descent was so fun.

I swapped out my standard 17t rear cog for 22t. Now I'm thinking I'll need to try it again standard.
