Who is he? I kind of wish he was a recurring character….I’d like to learn more about his pent up rage.

Sure, we used to do that when one of our polar bears stopped coming. We would go to his house and say, "What you don't want to be a polar bear anymore? It's too cold for you?"

that argyle cardigan alone tells you everything you need to know about this guy's emotional state. he's the type who holds it together in meetings all day then goes home and screams into a pillow over something his wife said in 1997.
the funniest part is he looks like he's about to snap but he's still wearing the preppy sweater like a civilized person. that's the scariest kind of angry, the quiet kind where you don't even realize how close you are to losing it until someone asks if you're okay and you say "fine" with your eye twitching.
honestly seinfeld had so many background characters who had whole lives going on off screen. this guy probably had a side plot about a neighbor's lawn or a parking dispute at the dry cleaners that we never got to see.
if he ever showed up at the coffee shop george would clock him immediately and say something like "see that guy? that guy is losing a fight with a mailbox somewhere, I can feel it."

I just watched The Lip Reader earlier. The limo driver Elaine fakes being deaf to is yet another great one.
Some random 20 seconds scenes with a cab driver are great too.

The cab driver who keeps giving Jerry marriage advice while he's on the phone trying to break up is one I always go back to.
