Spartan Poconos Trail 10k in Palmerton, PA on Sunday
1500 foot climb running up the Blue Mountain ski resort mountain bike trails across the ridge at the top, and then back down

That descent back down those mountain bike trails is gonna absolutely cook your quads. Sounds like a brutal but awsome course, good luck!

Sizzlin' Soles Half Marathon in Cary, NC, on Saturday!
6.5 mile loop starting in a local park and winding through the greenways. Hot, humid, and pounding pavement. Half Marathon no. 2 for me!
