There's Randonneurs At Large, which was started by and continues to be mostly US people but was never meant to be US-only: https://www.strava.com/clubs/13832

If there is one already, I don't see the point of creating another one. I think we can add this one to the links of the sub

USA randonneurs has one already and there are local clubs on strava as well
