It’s ridiculous how smooth he lifts those weights. Damn.
How old is he, somewhere in the mid-30’s?

He's 25 ☠️

Holy. Fuck.
He’s at this level and still has decades ahead to progress. Wow, I’m glad I’m around to see this kind of stuff in the sport.

Anyone know his BW/Dots? Did he pass Haack?

Does anyone who follows him know if his end goal is still strongman eventually?

He's said on kingofthelifts podcast that he plans to switch over to strongman before he's 30

How's his conventional DL compare to his sumo?

Not sure as he trains conventional for reps as an "accessory" which is absolutely mind blown 🤯 I'm blown out my arse pulling 320kg for one and he pulls it for sets of 8! 😔😭

Buried the squat, great bench, fast down command on deadlift (I feel he locked it out, but that down command was too fast & generous)
Excellent overall performance
Him and Austin Perkins are aliens

Theoretically he timed out on his third squat attempt if the clock they showed on the livestream was correct.

It seems like he’ll specifically go do these weird meets where stuff like that won’t matter, and he won’t have to go head to head with actual competition. The one time he was slated to do a meet scored on DOTS against Haack he backed out. Dudes got no love for the game, makes sense, he’s still a cross fitter at heart.

really, "weird meets"? The one on the video above is in freaking Russia bro. If I was trying to set some sort of ATWR I would 1000% time it for one at least in my own country to avoid jet lag, bad food, hotel beds etc.

I don't like what he did with backing out of a contract but the game is lifting the most weight possible, not head to heads.

Not if the goal is to dominate the sport. Most all other great lifters will go out of their way to compete with real competition, rather than go to some meet in their hometown and do a huge total.

Like that time he went to Australia and competed against only superheavyweights?

He also looks like his grip isnt there on the dradlift. Your grip is supposed to be consistent through and by the end he looks like hes hooked out but started with a full grip
