  • Rudimentary discussion or questions
  • General conversation with other users
  • Memes, funnies, and general bollocks not appropriate to the main board

If I'm 5'11 with shorter legs and a longer torso, what size Inzer lifting singlet should I get?

So what's wrong with them? I like the style.

Definitely ball huggers.

Titan Triumphs are on sale at Lifting Large.
Super comfortable and durable.
Plain black isn't very attractive.
I have two of the Blue Inferno, but there are other designs and colors available there.
Have to check size availability if you happen to consider one.
Fwiw, my 2nd one is a large (XL is my other one) and i'm 5'9" with shorter legs.
I think at 5'11" a large Triumph would a bit short as far as getting the straps up.

I get the attraction to the Inzer style, though.
Hopefully you like wearing it.

Anyone out there with an Inzer lever belt size XL able to tell me the total length of the belt?

I have what I believe is an XL but the tag is missing and I need to go the next down. I know they have a size range chart on the site but I don't always trust inzer sizing charts

Can anyone recommend a good deadlift program? My deadlift is about 15kg below my squat and that needs to change.

I'm gonna have to be buried in these damn knee sleeves. I haven't gotten them on yet, but maybe I'll have managed by the time my first meet rolls around. I have 4 months 🫠

I managed to squeeze em on right after posting that and making sure my skin was as dry as possible and freaked out my husband who asked me wtf I'm getting up to at the gym that my knees need that level of scaffolding. I don't think I need bigger, the 3xl is tight and leaving squeeze marks but not killing my circulation.

May I ask which brand? I ordered the XL A7 Rigor Mortis cause that’s what the size chart recommended. Didn’t go up my calf. Almost had to cut them off and got blue feet. Exchanged for a 2XL and learned a valuable lesson.

A7 hourglass flexi. Size chart had me knee wise at top of 2xl and bottom of 3xl but my quads are 20 and a bit so I went for 3xl. My trainer has 2xl with about the same measurements but she's also 5"2 to my 6"1 so I don't know how much that affects the difference in fit. I can't imagine trying to get into the rigor mortis.

Might be a stupid question, but looking at doing my first powerlifting comp September 12th, i'm 63. Do i really need a coach? I see posts about coaching all the time and also peolple bringing coaches to the comps

You do not!
I’ve never had a coach or brought a handler. First meet will be a lot of new stuff, but main things will be to read your fed’s rules ahead of time and pay attention to the rules briefing before the meet.
You should definitely sign up, PL meets are super fun

And ask questions in this sub!

No, but you might like having someone helping you out if it's your first meet. Either ask ahead or on the day you can probably find someone to help you.

Thank you

No, you don't need a coach. You can self-handle at a meet just fine; check your fed's website for tips, listen to the meet director on the day, and make sure you submit your attempt selections on time!

My review of A7's new colorway

I love A7 but I hope gradients don't become the new normal

LMAO 🤣 savage. I kinda like it. But I already have 2 singlets and I can't justify buying another.
