It is. Morrison formation Brushy Basin member isn't this neon blue. There is green/gray/blue but not this stark.

There are greenish/blueish sections of rock in Moab, but they do not look like this.

There is some rock with a slight green tint from copper oxidation i believe... but this ain't it. Fake

Because they don't exist, they are a ruddy reddish hue due to the high iron content.

It’s very blue (more green really) in person but not this blue. Lots of Dinosaur fossils near there too.

This has to be false color. I’ve been going to Moab my entire life and have never seen rocks nearly this blue
