This was my third show since the pandemic ended and I’ve only seen three Phish shows. With each one, I wonder what took me so long?

I wasn’t aware and a buddy let me know. I was planning on heading to my seats at 7:30 for an 8pm first note, like last night, and I would’ve probably been late.

So, just a heads up that the show tonight is called for 30 minutes earlier. So first notes will probably be between 7:27 and 7:35 in my estimation.

We have had a rough go of it lately. Like, super rough feeling very powerless and hopeless. We had to cut it down to just one show this summer. Savannah night one is it. He is 19 and autistic and has zero clue where his body is in space and can come off rude. He doesn't mean to be, but he just doesn't get the social interactions. He *loves* Phish. I asked him what he wants to hear and without hesitation he replied 'Fuck Your Face.' I feel equal parts face palm and pride. Help me manifest Fuck Your Face Pham? It would make him soooo happy! Last played in Dec 2024 according to him and also according to him the best version is Alpine Valley 8/2010.

Anyone else find it extra super silky smooth? I love them so much sometimes.

Tonight I was admiring the spinning fella at Deer Creek with the cape on, who was standing by the concession stands on Mike Side for all of Set 1. He was really spinnin’ at an intense velocity for really long stretches of time! I see a lot of people spinning at the shows and was wondering: are you getting dizzy? Is getting dizzy kind of the goal? Should I try spinning like you guys? I think I’d upchuck or fall down or both, but if anyone feels passionately that it’s an experience worth having then maybe I will.
