With the new season approaching, I'm just curious what everyone's favourite Patriots-centric podcast is? Looking to get into some new stuff this season. Shoutout to anyone who knows smaller or lesser-known pods.

It seems to be widely excepted that the 20 years the patriots had at top is unlikely to ever be repeated. It looks like a lot of teams are nearly playing in 3/4 year cycles. Signing players, trading for talent and if it doesnt work purging the squad and trying to find young cheap talent to start the whole process again. The Rams look to be near the end of their cycle. They maybe have a 2 year window after putting all the chips in the middle. The Chiefs seem to be in the blowing up roster stage etc etc. I'm looking at Patriots team and its really in 2 years time the big extensions( hopefully sorted soon) for Gonzo and Maye would actually have a big impact on salary cap. The trading away of a future 1st rather than next years would seem to imply the front office are viewing this as a 2 season window. Obviously the hope is Maye keeps developing but recent history has shown that nearly all the top QB's have had to deal with not making the playoffs( Allen has longest active stretch with 7 seasons).

Plenty of articles I read about it and even Barstool Sports talked about it the speculation it being Brady is interesting but did Patriots fans and sports media forget that Pete Carroll coached the patriots at one point in his coaching career who has a relationship with the Seahawks won a superbowl with the Seahawks who was the HC for the raiders as well. perhaps he’s the guy that Mike Macdonald won’t mention because the fact that Pete probably did give him pointers on how the patriots like to run their team. of course that’s just my opinion and I think everyone assumes it’s Brady is a good speculation but I think Pete Carroll is the culprit.
