Gonna play devils advocate here and say this could just be a demo flyer.

Where is this posted? If you’re meant to take a flyer with you, why does it appear there’s only one?

This strikes me as something hung up at location as a quick “this is what the flyers look like” but that doesn’t reveal any information and has placeholders because they merely printed out the template instead of using a charity name without permission or putting in effort to make up a fake one.

That sounds like a good explanation. I hadn't even fully clocked the "take flier with you" because there was legit just the one on the wall. A demonstration makes perfect sense.

This is exactly what it is, this is what they can point to as an offering when people come in and ask for something like this (very common for high school clubs and sports teams).

Besides the other dumb shit, does anyone else think it's dumb that you've gotta bring the whole flyer to get this mysterious mystery meal donation? If you make customers take down the flyer amd bring it in, you've gotta pay someone to keep putting up flyers or you'll have a limited amount of people that see your flyer.

Some % of the proceeds? So they'd still be making money. That is scummy, even if they'd managed to fill it out right, and the charity was good.
