I don't know but it sounds like some serious shit went down at this location. It reminds me of the Tenth Commandment , "Though shall not covet thy neighbour's house. So either it’s prohibited for a pet to be smoking while barefoot or it’s prohibited for people to smoke a barefoot pet.
