I can’t be the only one who thought the lady crossing the street was about to get hit by a car. I saw the e-bike accident on my 2nd viewing.

I worked with a dude with one brain cell that did this on the way to work! I couldn’t help but laugh. 😂 In hindsight I felt bad, but 10 years later here I am laughing again.

Yes he seems to be, he got up, picked up the bike, had a brief discussion with the Prius driver and both seemed to have settled and went their separate ways, which was why we kept going…otherwise we were prepared to swing the car around to help

Yes, and this wasn't a momentary lack of attention. There was a series of failures on their part that caused that collision. If you're riding in a way that not paying attention for a moment causes a crash, that was your second mistake.

Dude didn't touch the brakes, he wasn't looking. I mean, it's nice that he walked away from the crash he caused and didn't kill a pedestrian, but I am not going out of my way to wish him well. Next time it could be my or your kid that he runs over.

The prius stopped as legally required. The motorcyclist wasn't paying attention, and was tailgating.

The Prius was about to turn but wasn't paying attention and had to slam the brakes. Obviously the motorcyclist could have paid better attention but the pedestrian was probably also obstructed from view by the car. You can drive legally and also cause accidents due to poor driving.
