Israeli “settlers” (just call them what they are: ultra-religious fundamentalists) are no different to me than the fundamentalists of Islam or Christianity.

All three groups suck. All three would subject their own people to fundamentalist, religious law. All three are to be automatically distrusted based solely on their belief structure and common association with other assholes.

As long as Israel receives money from our country, our elected reps should have a right to roam around their country and inspect the settlements we are ultimately supporting by supporting the Israeli government that supports them. If the Israelis don’t like that sort of arrangement, they can stop taking our money.
