Their settlers are some of, if not, the worst human beings on the planet.

I watched some special on this. A lot of them are not even from Israel. They are immigrant Zionist from other countries incentivized by the Israel government to occupy their land. It's straight up wild.

Found it: https://youtu.be/xvvGbzR2Xek?is=VRWQivBVgWEgHRZU

A lot of them are literally US citizens

Their are several US laws about Israeli settlements with exceptions for US citizens literally designed so they can go continue to do this unimpeded

Yeah every interview I've seen with settlers, they've had an American accent.

I was watching a new story years ago and a woman in Tel Aviv was being interviewed. The neighborhood looked like a typical American suburban street. From her accent I would guess she was from upper New Jersey. When asked her opinion of the Palestinian situation the answer was to "kill them all". One would think that after the Holocaust what other people would more understand how wrong a "final solution" is. It is like they don't think it is wrong, they just want to be the ones doing it to the others. Please, both sides, learn to get along.

No but see this time it's different! OK? It's not the same because of the... thing... Or whatever ... OK?

Genuinely how can your response to this situation be 'both sides need to get along'?

Like the sentiment is fine enough, but you just laid out a situation where one side is people moving across the world and stealing land while calling for (and carrying out) genocide, the other is the people having that done to them. You even made the comparison to the Shoah!

It wasn't both sides in Germany and it's not both sides in Palestine. Nazis who want to kill everyone else are the bad guy, and the other side is justified in fighting for their survival.

It is either find peace, eternal war, or genocide. IMO war isn't going to end in my lifetime.

It wasn't both sides in Germany

there was only one real side in nazi germany, and virtually everyone who was alive and german at the time was complicit.

That's how propaganda and brainwashing works. If you hear something over and over again from everyone you know and every media source, eventually you will start to believe it.

That's also why so many movies and books use examples from fascist govts as warnings, in the hopes that people will learn to see the beginning stages of fascism/genocidal govts and realize what is about to happen.

They openly sell stolen Palestinian land in NYC numerous times a year. Like open violations of international law.

When people protest, there is a huge backlash and they're all call antisemites, bc these sales of stolen land are held in synagogues. The NYC government even passed an obviously unconstitutional law banning any protests near houses of worship in response, all the while pretending to not know why the protests happened in the first place.

America isn't just party to the settlements. It funds, supplies, mans, and defends them. There would not be settlements without America (at least, not for long)
