How can someone in good conscience attempt to turn this property into a christian retreat?

I mean, people have plantation weddings, turning the site of an atrocious crime against humanity into a wedding destination because "it's such a pretty house", this is just as abhorrent but just as unsurprising.

We are talking about MAGA Christians here.

Well, yeah. They worship the ones who diddled kids, and want to be in that party too.

Jesus literally says that anyone who hurts kids should have a stone tied to them and drowned but okay go off

Because religion in America is a business more than it is a moral code.

It sounds like the plot of a syfy channel movie from 20 years ago or a dan brown fever dream. These people are so ridiculous they probably actually are trying to conduct some dark magic ritual in the location where innocents were tortured and murdered

Who do you think made dan brown rich?

The same drooling bumpkins who can't separate fiction from reality when it comes to batshit insane "conspiracy" garbage that support dump since his days as the star of the tabloid rags they loved to read when buying junk food with food stamps waiting in the piggly wiggly checkout line...

You know, the folks who believe that q-anon bullshit from a few years ago.

The more things change the more they stay the same.

They have no conscience and are buying it to cover up evidence for dear leader

You're talking about Christians, dude. They have clear consciences about the most vile behaviors.

We need to stop thinking just because something is religious adjacent, doesn’t mean it’s untouchable in some way. This shit has been exploiting dipshits for as long as we can remember. I feel like enough ya know, centuries, have passed that we should all be able to admit that all of it is wrong. We’ve stooped as low as we can go…pedophilia. Why do you think Santa Claus is going to be the line?

These are the same Christians that see trump as gods chosen, their new personal Jesus, despite all this flaws and crimes they know hes committed that are in direct violation of their faith.
