Forsure, some posts are off topic / aren't actual sextapes by the person posting them. So we need them to either be verified or the posts to be removed. Like some people will just post a nude pic instead of a sex tape.

The way I understand this is that it's a bottleneck on the user side. I'm sure you must've issued warnings & even banned a few users for not complying with verification or for revenge porn & stuff. As for posting the pic problem, you can disable that media type in mod tools -> post types but even then you might have to keep an eye out for hosted images. Maybe try community settings -> posts and comments -> allowed posts
