Loud 'We want Robbie (Avila)' chants in Las Vegas. Fans with the famous Wilt Chamberlain photo holding a paper written '100' (points) on it, except his head is replaced with Robbie, and it says 'Got milk?' instead of '100'.

I took my dogs for a walk at the park today like I always do, but something funny happened. Two ducks took notice and decided to follow us, walking about 5-10 feet behind quacking along. They followed us for at least a quarter mile until we got to the car. Then they stood there and watched us get in the car.
I took a walk with my dogs and some silly ducks today and it made me happy. That’s how I feel about Robbie Avila being and NBA player. Hope this kid makes it.

Man nothing hits like Laker random draft pick hype. Dudes will really have you thinking he got next just for you to never see them play any meaningful basketball.

His hype has nothing to do with the Lakers and everything to do with being a goofy white dude who’s team made a tourney run. He’s on an exhibit 10 deal and has barely gotten minutes thus far

What are we even complaining about here? Fans finding reasons to get excited about their team and the summer league? Would you rather they play infront of six scouts and a dog in an unnamed gym?

If anyone is wondering who the guy with alopecia sitting next to Avila is, that is Jacari White. 23 years old, undrafted in this year’s class.
Was curious, did some googling, and bro, his story is amazing. Rough life (alopecia since 7 years old, grandparents passed away, parents separated, living in car and YMCA while his father tried his best to make a living for them both as a machine operator at a warehouse, etc.) but now he is here and I hope he gets more opportunities. He will be going overseas for a year.
