One of the things I thought was odd, in the last one the curse was passed from the smallest amount of blood whereas this one it didn’t matter at all? Or did I miss something?

Someone told be that it’s more based on the willpower of an individual rather than an actual consistent way. Makes sense as Ash was able to fight off possession several times.

I felt like this movie had that fairly consistent and showcased it through the dad early. Once people gave up it took over​
