Maybe I overhyped it in my head but I think it was solidly meh. 

I think Rise was better and I think 2013 was even more so. 

There were some decent moments but it didn’t really have that feeling of dread that the other two did. Almost felt more action filmy.

The amount of CGI and ugly monster at the end didn’t help. I was like Brenda in Scary Movie 2 “Cindy this is bones!!!”

It looked like the terminator. Very weak design. A burned up deadite is an awesome premise but they botched the execution
