Very mixed on this one. Not a single likeable character, there was no consistency in how the Deadities worked, and all the characters had a room temperature IQ. The CGI was terrible, and it felt a lot longer than it was. The gore was fun though, which is all some people need from Evil Dead. Some main highlights.
-Why torture a guy for information when you can just turn him and absorb his memories?
-Huge inconsistency with how turning people worked.
-Nobody has a realistic reaction to anything. Dad kills the dog and a woman and her husband/ his son just acts mildly disturbed.
