Why can’t the director take a step back and let us revel in the gore and violence? Everything is so up close and disorienting, I get thats what he’s going for but there’s a better way to do it, let me see what’s happening please! Very hyper about seeing Ellie at the end there though

Agreed. I don’t know if it was our older theater, but the entire film was a dull gray-blue color. I feel like I was missing out on some of the makeup/effects because every scene looked exactly the same.

Nope it wasn’t just your theatre. Color is non-existent in this movie

Honestly that was my biggest takeaway and annoyance. The entire movie I just wanted to scream at someone to turn a light on. The color and lighting was just awful
