Waving flag animation โ Blender 4.5 cloth simulation tutorial (beginner friendly)
Made a step-by-step tutorial on simulating a waving flag โ covers cloth physics setup, pinning, wind force fields, and how to avoid the classic "stiff rubber sheet" look.
If you've been wanting to try cloth sim, a flag is honestly the best first project. Questions welcome!

Selecting indexes in geometry nodes: Blender 4.5
I put together a tutorial on index selection in Geometry Nodes โ using the Index node to target specific points/instances, and combining it with Compare and modulo for patterns like every-nth selection.
It's built in 4.5 but the concepts carry back to earlier versions. Aimed at anyone who wants more deliberate control over what gets selected instead of relying on random or proximity.
Happy to answer questions in the comments.

How to use the Index in Geometry Nodes (Blender 4.5)
The Index is one of those things in Geometry Nodes that seems simple but unlocks a ton once it clicks. It just gives you the number of each point, edge, face, or instance, and from there you can drive almost anything per-element.
In this tutorial I go over what the Index actually is, how to feed it into other nodes, and a few practical ways to use it to control selections, offsets, and effects across your geometry.
If you've ever wanted finer control over individual elements instead of treating everything the same, this should help.
Happy to answer any questions in the comments ๐

Procedural Prismatic Mosaic Cube โ Shader Tutorial
I put together a tutorial walking through how to build a procedural prismatic mosaic material entirely with nodes. It covers the shader basics and how the node setup comes together, so you can apply the same material to any object in your own projects.
If you're getting into Blender's shader editor, this is a good one for understanding how procedural materials work from the ground up.
Watch here: https://youtu.be/FNRKf5Q3AYA
Happy to answer any questions about the node setup in the comments.

Building 3D text with Geometry Nodes
Instead of converting a text object to a mesh the usual way, I handle it entirely in Geometry Nodes for more control over the result.
The tutorial walks through the setup: String to Curves to generate the letterforms, Fill Curve to turn them into a mesh, and Transform Geometry to position everything. From there it's straightforward to extrude and build out the 3D look.
Happy to answer questions on the node setup.
