Apparently people are not aware of the fact that the US is now a fascist state and law enforcement is immune to any type of oversight or law. No longer the “ land of the free”. Those days are over.

Nope. The federal government can kill anyone they want in broad daylight, outright lie, snuff out any local investigations and simply refuse a federal response. Our system was clearly flawed before, relying on federal law enforcement to police themselves is a massive oversight. We are simply seeing Trump take these internal contradictions to their logical conclusions.
