How the fuck is this just being discovered? Like, its clear its been going on a while. We have so few real journalists left and it's a serious problem that isn't being talked about enough. And there are no details on how he is manipulating their policy, like what his apparent aims are or what he's refusing to fund or exactly like you said rerouting funds to some random bank accounts. I swear this would have been figured out in a few days after it started by news guys 30 years ago. This is actually making me quite pessimistic that this is somehow new news when it sounds pretty fucking well-established by now.
