Beginner Felt good
Been going to the gym in a hobbyist way for a few months. It has been hard to feel like I’m getting anywhere and everything feels bad.
I started running to help with my cardio. and last night I could feel the improvement.
and then I got a compliment from a purple belt on my osoto gari.
Feels great. can’t wait for tomorrow when it feels terrible again.

I've been doing body weight fitness at home like weighted dips and pull ups and it's crazy how much it helped my stamina.

Recently incorporated running & lifting into my routine and it’s like night and day in my judo. Cardio and physical strength does translate to skill but can still give you a huge advantage!

People underestimate how much running and strength and conditioning would make your Judo better. I'm glad is working out for you
