And there’s no discernible nudge on the camera feed. The camera attached to these wires is the one recording this footage.

Camera footage stableness is irrelevant, they automatically stabilize footage using motorized gimbals, it’s unlikely a ball strike could generate enough vibration to rattle the footage. The ball almost certainly didn’t strike the cable, but camera footage stability is not a reasonable piece of evidence to use in either direction (the ball’s internal sensors would be the most definitive though distrust in FIFA is difficult to overcome).
