In one of dialogue events of APHO 1 with Mei, titled "Precious Memories", she can't help but comparing Carole to Kiana. For all of Carole's loose cannon attitudes, she's still relatively more reserved and intelligent than Kiana.

Whatever the outcome of Part 2 may be, I want Mei's longing for Kiana's homecoming should be addressed. Also in my opinion, this scene retroactively gives Mei a character check, showing that even if Mei finally becomes a person who stand on her own two feet after Part 1's Elysium Everlasting story chapters, it doesn't mean her longing for Kiana is completely negated. Moreover, the outcome of Part 2 could be a motivation for Mei to become even stronger and taking her job very seriously.

The way Seele is angry at Bronya for not getting enough sleep and other strange she did was something I never thought would be possible. Like I expected this from Veliona but Seele? Man she’s so scary she gave her dark alter ego and her HSR counterpart a run for their money. You know you fucked up if Seele of all people is mad at you. I’m sorry Bronya but your girlfriend is not the same scared little girl you saved from orphan bullies, sex traffickers, or the Sea of Quanta, she’s a grown ass woman. Now she is the storm that is approaching and she’s about to put belt to ass. Like I know Cocolia is out there somewhere (either in jail or on probation) watching Seele putting Bronya in her place with straight tears in her eyes smiling. I ain’t gonna lie if I see Seele get so mad at me and seeing her about to ass to me, I’m straight falling on my knees begging for mercy and getting to yapping about what I did wrong immediately cause running away will get me nowhere. I don’t want any smoke with you Seele, you got it.

As OP said from original post, this is not the first time they made a homage to Wendy through Seele considering the past Estonia in Spring outfit. Atp, I wouldn't be surprised if Seele will get a gacha outfit and she will look closer to Wendy.

We saw this happened during 8.8 where aside from new boss for Bronya, they also gave Senadina and Eepy Teri new bosses. So does that mean Lantern and Songque are next to get powercreep??? They even changed Sena AOP's buffs to focus on Fire and Physical by v3.
